TERMS OF PURCHASE Loukku AB / Loukku.se

1. Buy

When ordering, an agreement on purchase is made only when Loukku AB has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by Loukku AB. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the product has been sent. Loukku AB has ownership and take-back rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and Loukku AB must be able to determine the customer’s residential address.

2. Prices

Prices include 25% VAT for orders within the EU. Upon confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond Loukku AB’s control. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No handling costs will be added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

3. Shipping

Freight is charged 29 – 149 kr within Sweden. For European orders we charge a flatrate of 20 EUR. Shipping costs may change and sometimes be discounted. You see the full shipping cost at checkout. Smaller items can be sent with Postnord while we use DHL for larger items. Larger items like cormorants have the highest shipping rate for domestic transports due to the bulky size of the item.

4. Payment options / payment terms

4.1 Invoice (only within Sweden)
The fee for paying against an invoice is SEK 0. We use Klarna for invoices and you can find their terms here: https://www.klarna.com/se.
Payment terms: In the case of invoice payment, 14 days apply from the time the goods are sent. Klarnas terms and conditions can be found at https://www.klarna.com/se.

4.2 Card payment

4.3 Direct payment via internet banking.

5. Deliveries

Orders placed before 16.00 on a weekend weekday are processed on the next following working day and are normally delivered within 1-4 days within Sweden.

We reserve the right to sell all stock items before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock. The packages are delivered by Posten or another carrier to the delivery point or sent as post.

6. Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

7. Transport

Loukku AB is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk of a possible return to us.

8. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail to info@loukku.se.

9. Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

10. Complaints

If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know via e-mail info@loukku.se before you send something. Attach the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.

11. Refunds

Repayment is made via Klarna. The amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

12. Reservations

We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.

13. Uncollected package

If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you have entered are correct.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250.

14. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
